I’m your bodybuilding coach – here to help you build muscle and get strong as f*ck.

I’ll tailor a training program specifically for you and your goals. Whether you're cutting or bulking to build muscle, you’ll get a nutrition plan that works – and no, you don’t need to eat boring food just because you’re training. That whole “fitness food has to be bland” myth? Total bullshit.

We’ll primarily focus on hypertrophy training to build muscle mass, but we’ll also develop serious strength. Because let’s be real – how badass is it to load 3–4 plates per side on the bench press or pull heavy in the deadlift? With me, you’ll get both.


My philosophy: Build the body, the mind, and the soul
I believe your body and mind need to work together. To truly feel good, three parts of you need love: the body, the mind, and the soul.

You build your body through training, good food, rest, and sleep.

The mind is complex – it can be your biggest weakness, but also your greatest strength. Thoughts aren't truth or lies – they’re just thoughts.

But the soul knows what’s true. That’s where your self-worth lives. And strong self-worth knows exactly what you’re capable of – it’s nearly impossible to break.

When your self-worth is solid, you’ll be able to filter out the noise and steer your mind in a positive direction. You’ll have a healthy internal dialogue, know your strengths, and won’t be afraid to try new things – because you trust yourself from within.


It’s about more than just muscle
In the end, it doesn’t matter how big or strong you are if you don’t feel good on the inside. But when you have both – physical and mental strength – you’ll feel more energized, have a better mood, feel happier, and even more attractive.

I’m here to help you with your training, but also with the mental side. This isn’t just about getting bigger and stronger – it’s about becoming a better version of you, for yourself and for the people around you.

I’ll always be honest and direct with you – not to be harsh, but to help you grow. And I expect the same honesty from you. That’s how we build a strong and effective partnership.

Motivation is great in the beginning, but in the long run, it’s discipline that gets you results. That’s why I’ll hold you accountable – even on the days when you don’t feel like showing up. I’ll be there to push you, support you, and make sure you stay on track.

And most importantly – we’ll celebrate your progress. Taking time to acknowledge how far you’ve come is key to staying motivated and moving forward.
