About Me – Your Coach

I’m a former hockey player who’s played the game all my life. After I retired, I started coaching youth teams – both on the ice and especially off-ice conditioning.

But when my hockey career was cut short due to multiple concussions, everything changed. For a year and a half, I struggled just to live a normal life. It was one of the hardest periods of my life—but also one of the most important.

That experience pushed me to truly understand how the body works—not just physically, but how the brain, body, and soul are deeply connected. I realized how incredibly strong we can become when everything is working together in harmony.

From that realization, a deep purpose was born: to help people in a real and meaningful way. I know how many out there are silently struggling, feeling stuck without knowing how to move forward.

That's why I started Dialed—to guide people back to themselves, to their strength, clarity, and direction.

Today, I get to witness people take real steps forward in their lives every single day. And that’s what drives me—to be part of the transformation when someone takes back control of their life.
